Tobias Steele vs David Lochhead

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Ian Salmond Gym, Christchurch,  taking place on 28/03/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tobias Steele (10 - 3 - 1) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and David Lochhead(4 - 0) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Steele weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces, while Lochhead weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Neild, and the three ringside judges are Mark Atchison, Dave Pera and Joshua Dallis.
