John Ndenge vs Fedar Portnyagin

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 12/04/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are John Ndenge (3 - 0) who hails from Roodepoort, South Africa and Fedar Portnyagin(8 - 3 - 2) from Moscow, Russia.  Ndenge weighed in at 230 pounds and 1 ounces, while Portnyagin weighed in at 240 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lee Beirne, and the three ringside judges are Ross Gauld, Shane MacNevin and Carl MacRae.
