Hitoshi Oshiro vs Taro Tone

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Shinjuku FACE, Tokyo,  taking place on 16/03/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Hitoshi Oshiro (1 - 0) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Taro Tone(3 - 0 - 1) from Kawasaki, Japan.  Both Oshiro and Tone weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Koizumi, and the three ringside judges are Yasushi Shishido, Isamu Kuno and Hiroki Amaya.  

Round 1: 

Oshiro is on target with a solid overhand left.

Oshiro steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Oshiro lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Tone tries to keep the action at long range.  Oshiro is on target with a sharp cross.
