Tariq Shakoor vs Dave Shen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Rehan Jafari Gym, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 01/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia-Johor Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tariq Shakoor (7 - 3 - 3) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Dave Shen(12 - 4) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Shakoor weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces, while Shen weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Hamdan, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Gaber, Khalid Lodhi and Farhan Younis.
