Saad Othman vs Atif Majeed

Boxing Daily Report from the Bally's Boys promoted show at Ahmed Taffa Gym, Al Hudaydah,  taking place on 13/03/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Saad Othman (4 - 0) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Atif Majeed(0 - 4 - 1) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Both Othman and Majeed weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Buderwill, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Aziz, Bilal Hai and Zain Abood.  

Round 1: 

Othman gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Othman clinches his opponent.  Othman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Othman is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Othman.
