Mark Nakabale vs Makalo Muntu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Munnira, Kampala,  taking place on 03/04/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Nakabale (13 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Makalo Muntu(8 - 6 - 1) from Gulu, Uganda.  Nakabale weighed in at 199 pounds and 2 ounces, while Muntu weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is LeBron Omondi, and the three ringside judges are Salim Tusabe, Tavarius Tebazaalwa and Salim Kalemazikusoka.
