Kolzak Bykov vs Lazar Ponomarenko

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Rostov Oblast promoted show at Afon Angeloff Gym, Rostov-on-Don,  taking place on 05/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kolzak Bykov (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Lazar Ponomarenko(7 - 0 - 1) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Bykov weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Ponomarenko weighed in at 174 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Timofei Slutsky, and the three ringside judges are Aleksandr Baroyev, Andrii Berezutski and Aleksandr Baroyev.
