Harry Lurie vs Peter McBurnie

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Lancashire CCC, Manchester,  taking place on 30/03/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Harry Lurie (1 - 0) who hails from Sunderland, UK and Peter McBurnie(0 - 0 - 1) from Edinburgh, UK.  Both Lurie and McBurnie weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kieran Saunders, and the three ringside judges are Robert Bevans, Bart McPhee and Johnny Finn.  

Round 1: 

Lurie gets on the inside.  Lurie pivots to the right of his opponent.  McBurnie throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.
