Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Minas Gerais promoted show at Belo Horizonte Martins, Belo Horizonte,  taking place on 14/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Minas Gerais Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Reyes Alvaro (5 - 0) who hails from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Gig Almodovar(13 - 0 - 1) from Belo Horizonte, Brazil.  Alvaro weighed in at 135 pounds, while Almodovar weighed in at 134 pounds And 12 ounces.
