Mick Malcom vs Henry Gemmel

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Rattlesnake Gym, Arlington,  taking place on 01/04/2024:

Clearly Rattlesnake Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Mick Malcom (5 - 0) who hails from Sacremento, USA and Henry Gemmel(0 - 0 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Malcom weighed in at 174 pounds and 3 ounces, while Gemmel weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon East, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Ferrera, Floyd Celestino and Leon Zamorano.  

Round 1: 

Malcom advances into close range and walks Gemmel down, trapping him in the corner.  Malcom lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Malcom ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Malcom pushes his forearm into Gemmel's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Malcom to stop fouling.

Gemmel walks Malcom onto the ropes.  Malcom lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.
