Leonardo Mariscal vs Angel Cueto

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Estadio Osvaldo Casanova, Bahía Blanca,  taking place on 02/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Argentina Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TyC Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Leonardo Mariscal (11 - 2) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Angel Cueto(12 - 1 - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Mariscal weighed in at 126 pounds, while Cueto weighed in at 125 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Frisco Mosquera, and the three ringside judges are Quito Alverez, Senon Rodrigo and Noe Lacayo.
