Yo Sum vs Aoi Konya

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hiroshima promoted show at Kure Hayashi, Kure,  taking place on 22/04/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yo Sum (4 - 0) who hails from Chengdu, China and Aoi Konya(0 - 4 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Sum and Konya weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasushi Saito, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Otani, Satoru Fukuda and Goro Tengan.  

Round 1: 

Sum lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Konya throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
