Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Helsinki Kikkunen, Helsinki,  taking place on 18/04/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sami Astala (15 - 1) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Kaino Joki(10 - 0) from Vantaa, Finland.  Astala weighed in at 167 pounds And 5 ounces, while Joki weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jorma Puikkonen, and the three ringside judges are Kaarlo Nurmela, Ahvo Maki and Miko Vainio.
