Bassett Caron vs Marc Gaudin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Languedoc-Roussillon promoted show at Dashiell Rubel Gym, Montpellier,  taking place on 18/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Languedoc-Roussillon Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bassett Caron (4 - 7 - 2) who hails from Nimes, France and Marc Gaudin(6 - 10 - 2) from Nimes, France.  Caron weighed in at 147 pounds, while Gaudin weighed in at 146 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Laurent Dombasle, and the three ringside judges are Emmanuel Ferro, Garner Baze and Byron Baton.
