Corey Chipeta vs Musa Bapela

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, Bulawayo,  taking place on 27/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Southern African Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Corey Chipeta (8 - 2) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Musa Bapela(13 - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Chipeta weighed in at 174 pounds And 12 ounces, while Bapela weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Kapinda, and the three ringside judges are Arran Sibanda, Chris Colville and Kaleb Muzanenhamo.
