Malik Zafar vs Ali Awad

Boxing Daily Report from the Boye Promotions promoted show at Zafa Khan Gym, Mashhad,  taking place on 21/04/2024:

Clearly Boye Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Zafar (9 - 0) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Ali Awad(12 - 1) from Mashhad, Iran.  Zafar weighed in at 237 pounds and 8 ounces, while Awad weighed in at 245 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amer Farman, and the three ringside judges are Khalid Nasser, Faisal Leghari and Ibrahim Morad.
