Juan Briones vs Ryo Canchola

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Estadio Osvaldo Casanova, Bahía Blanca,  taking place on 02/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South American Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TyC Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Briones (15 - 0 - 1) who hails from Salta, Argentina and Ryo Canchola(12 - 2 - 1) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Both Briones and Canchola weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quito Alverez, and the three ringside judges are Frisco Mosquera, Noe Lacayo and Senon Rodrigo.
