Hajime Yokota vs Dai Kawasaki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Chiba Yoshimura, Chiba,  taking place on 22/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Chiba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hajime Yokota (11 - 1 - 1) who hails from Funabashi, Japan and Dai Kawasaki(7 - 3(1) - 1) from Ichikawa, Japan.  Both Yokota and Kawasaki weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Ueno, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Nomura, Hisoka Nakamura and Goro Horie.
