Bing Tao vs Gan Meng

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Zhejiang promoted show at Zhejiang Concert Hall, Hangzhou,  taking place on 05/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the China Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bing Tao (10(1) - 2 - 1) who hails from Hangzhou, China and Gan Meng(7 - 3 - 2) from Chengdu, China.  Both Tao and Meng weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Woo Moon, and the three ringside judges are HuiK'o Ching, Confucius Wu and Zhu Kuo.  

Round 1: 

Tao advances into close range and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Meng tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
