Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-Almaty promoted show at Circus, Almaty,  taking place on 22/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the West Asian Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aftab Yacoub (14 - 2) who hails from Isfahan, Iran and Boris Saidahmetoff(13 - 1 - 1) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.  Yacoub weighed in at 126 pounds, while Saidahmetoff weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Danyaal Isabecoff, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Mazhitoff, Sergei Baighanow and Andrii Iclassow.
