John Sia vs Saad Majid

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkhwazi Promotions promoted show at Petaling Jaya Koo, Petaling Jaya,  taking place on 25/04/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Selangor Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Sia (10 - 0) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Saad Majid(15 - 2 - 2) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Sia and Majid weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Khalaf, and the three ringside judges are Asif Hashim, Rashid Saad and Faisal Dallal.
