Luis Yanez vs Cortez Aceves

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Guanajuato promoted show at Mexico-Guanajuato Gym, Leon,  taking place on 25/04/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guanajuato Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luis Yanez (7 - 1 - 2) who hails from Leon, Mexico and Cortez Aceves(9 - 3) from Leon, Mexico.  Both Yanez and Aceves weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bronco Cordon, and the three ringside judges are Malvolio Martel, Cruz Pilar and Cruz Pilar.  

Round 1: 

Aceves lands an overhand left.
