Myung-joo Wang vs Shinji Sawada

Boxing Daily Report from the Aidoo Promotions promoted show at Hiroshima Hiraoka, Hiroshima,  taking place on 22/04/2024:

Clearly Aidoo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Myung-joo Wang (3 - 0) who hails from Ulsan, South Korea and Shinji Sawada(7 - 5 - 6) from Kawaguchi, Japan.  Wang weighed in at 129 pounds and 3 ounces, while Sawada weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jun Hironaka, and the three ringside judges are Keiichi Nakata, Goro Tengan and Satoru Nishimoto.  

Round 1: 

Wang closes the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.
