Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Sipols, Riga,  taking place on 27/04/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Latvia-Riga Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aleksandr Matisons (4 - 7) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Valeri Avots(3 - 2) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Matisons and Avots weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Jaungailis, and the three ringside judges are Koldan Mazbralis, Arseni Sausaismarcis and Vasili Bogdans.
