Alejandro Damaso vs Manuel Delaguila

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Lima Moreno, Lima,  taking place on 28/04/2024:

Clearly AI Peru-Lima have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Damaso (5 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Lima, Peru and Manuel Delaguila(4 - 8 - 2) from Lima, Peru.  Both Damaso and Delaguila weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ramiro Bautista, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Jiron, Saturnin Villena and Juan Villano.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Damaso.  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.
