Leon Labi vs Joey Van Dyk

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at City West Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 18/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Leon Labi (3 - 0) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Joey Van Dyk(8 - 7 - 1) from Johannesburg, South Africa.  Labi weighed in at 146 pounds and 5 ounces, while Van Dyk weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Billy Ruane, and the three ringside judges are Brandon Madigan, Clinton MacAdam and John Hyland.
