Jiro Tanabe vs Michi Kase

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at ACROS Arena Hall, Fukuoka,  taking place on 01/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jiro Tanabe (12 - 1 - 1) who hails from Kurume, Japan and Michi Kase(4 - 0) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Tanabe weighed in at 200 pounds, while Kase weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kazuki Shimoda, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Ogura, Ryo Hora and Kaede Kuba.
