Serhat Sevgi vs Kudret Cos

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Bursa Atatürk Sport Hall, Bursa,  taking place on 11/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Serhat Sevgi (10 - 6 - 1) who hails from Gaziantep, Turkey and Kudret Cos(11 - 5 - 1) from Izmir, Turkey.  Both Sevgi and Cos weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Savas Erol, and the three ringside judges are Cemil Elci, Ahmet Sandalli and Doruk Melen.  

Round 1: 

Sevgi tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with an overhand right.  
Cos switches the action to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Cos is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sevgi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.
