Danny Baba vs Mason Muntu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Aanyu, Lira,  taking place on 02/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Danny Baba (7 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Mason Muntu(8 - 3) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Baba and Muntu weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Useni Kayemba, and the three ringside judges are Sam Nyanzi, Greg Kibaki and Duante Mukiibi.
