Boxing Daily Report from the Zungu Promotions promoted show at Samarqand Dzhafarov, Samarqand,  taking place on 02/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uzbekistan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Uzbek Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marlen Abdibeck (7 - 0) who hails from Samarqand, Uzbekistan and Vali Hamdan(11 - 4) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Abdibeck weighed in at 126 pounds, while Hamdan weighed in at 125 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yaman Janaliyev, and the three ringside judges are Sergei Kazacpaew, Borya Dzhebrailov and Andrii Ghailauoff.
