Juan Mestas vs Juan Galeano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Lara promoted show at Luis Toste Gym, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 02/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Mestas (12 - 3 - 3) who hails from Barcelona, Venezuela and Juan Galeano(12 - 4 - 2) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Mestas weighed in at 105 pounds, while Galeano weighed in at 104 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Juan Mateo, and the three ringside judges are Rafael Buelna, Carlos Porro and Hernan Pecha.
