Serhat Boz vs Turgay Arikan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Istanbul promoted show at Levent Chevik Gym, Istanbul,  taking place on 01/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Turkey-Istanbul Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Serhat Boz (12 - 5 - 2) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Turgay Arikan(10 - 3 - 1) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Boz weighed in at 175 pounds, while Arikan weighed in at 174 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Duygu Ece, and the three ringside judges are Bayram Atan, Emre Malikyan and Emre Malikyan.

Arikan closes the distance.  Boz connects with a right hook.

Boz attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Arikan to the neutral corner.  He warns Boz to stop fouling or he'll lose a point.
