Mick Mapfumo vs Bob Chifokoyo

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Harare Chifokoyo, Harare,  taking place on 03/05/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Zimbabwe-Harare Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mick Mapfumo (11 - 2(1)) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Bob Chifokoyo(11 - 0) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Mapfumo weighed in at 257 pounds and 2 ounces, while Chifokoyo weighed in at 217 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Tholet, and the three ringside judges are Michael Chipeta, Dillon Mutasa and Connor Sadomba.
