Tajo Rubiano vs Alejandro Gumapas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at San Pablo Cabasa, San Pablo,  taking place on 08/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Laguna Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tajo Rubiano (15 - 0) who hails from San Pedro, Philippines and Alejandro Gumapas(11 - 2 - 1) from Cabuyao, Philippines.  Rubiano weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Gumapas weighed in at 117 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cortez Rosete, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Oyola, Olindo Suguitan and Santiago Oyola.
