Corey Kelly vs Nicholas McNiel

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at JSW Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 29/04/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Corey Kelly (3 - 0) who hails from Perth, Australia and Nicholas McNiel(2 - 0 - 1) from Townsville, Australia.  Both Kelly and McNiel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Christou, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Nicolaides, Andy Wright and Michael Pac.  

Round 1: 

McNiel gets on the inside.  Kelly lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

McNiel advances into close range.  Kelly pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.

McNiel advances into close range.  Kelly lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Kelly clinches his opponent.  Kelly pushes his forearm into McNiel's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
