Christos Michaelides vs Asil Saka

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Ankara Atatürk Sport Hall, Ankara,  taking place on 27/04/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Christos Michaelides (2(1) - 0) who hails from Athens, Greece and Asil Saka(4 - 9 - 2) from Adana, Turkey.  Both Michaelides and Saka weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cumhur Goktuna, and the three ringside judges are Cumhur Goktuna, Metin Kaptan and Engin Ali.  

Round 1: 

Michaelides closes the distance.  Michaelides pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.
