Asif Rasheed vs Ibrahim Ayad

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbun Promotions promoted show at Mashhad Tandon, Mashhad,  taking place on 13/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the West Asian Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Asif Rasheed (10(3) - 1 - 3) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Ibrahim Ayad(16 - 1) from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  Rasheed weighed in at 175 pounds, while Ayad weighed in at 174 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Farah, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Morad, Kashif Greiss and Tariq Mousa.
