Quaddus Kaunda vs Sigge Vik

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Aarhus,  taking place on 18/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Quaddus Kaunda (5 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Sigge Vik(5 - 8 - 3) from Stockholm, Sweden.  Both Kaunda and Vik weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ultar Juul, and the three ringside judges are Thorstein Kaas, Denholm Overbey and Ultar Juul.  

Round 1: 

Kaunda forces Vik to back into the blue corner.  Kaunda lands a left hook.  Kaunda holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kaunda pushes his forearm into Vik's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kaunda.  Kaunda tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Kaunda's body.
