Connor McMahon vs Gul Mataraci

Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Elliot Gym, Bristol,  taking place on 08/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Connor McMahon (5(1) - 0) who hails from Bristol, UK and Gul Mataraci(4 - 0) from Ankara, Turkey.  Both McMahon and Mataraci weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Murphy, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Calvert, Richard Duffy and Harry Mullins.  

Round 1: 

McMahon switches the action to the outside and connects with a solid cross.  
McMahon lands with a sharp jab.
