Neil Yates vs Joshua Connolly

Boxing Daily Report from the Elliot Britton promoted show at Elliot Gym, Bristol,  taking place on 08/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Neil Yates (4(1) - 0) who hails from Bristol, UK and Joshua Connolly(1 - 0) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  Yates weighed in at 130 pounds, while Connolly weighed in at 129 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Murphy, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Calvert, Richard Duffy and Harry Mullins.
