Rodrigo Mestas vs Guido Zorrilla

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guatemala-Guatemala promoted show at Guatemala City Ortiz, Guatemala City,  taking place on 14/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Central American Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on El Súper Canal, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rodrigo Mestas (14 - 1 - 1) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Guido Zorrilla(8 - 0) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Mestas and Zorrilla weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oihane Cosio, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Vasco, Antonio Sanchez and Ovidio Simeon.
