Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at Dublin Carey, Dublin,  taking place on 16/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matthew Duane (7 - 5 - 2) who hails from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland and Thomas McCaig(9(1) - 3 - 1) from Cork, Ireland.  Both Duane and McCaig weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Nesmith, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Byrne, Michael Dillon and Joshua Dermott.
