Boxing Daily Report from the Aning Promotions promoted show at Amer Amir Gym, Giza,  taking place on 18/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Giza Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Jama (10 - 4 - 1) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Ahmed Rassi(5 - 9 - 1) from Giza, Egypt.  Both Jama and Rassi weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amjad Antar, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Samir, Amjad Antar and Amer Shabana.  

Round 1: 

Jama connects with a cross.  Jama tries to land a cross, but Rassi blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Rassi steps inside and drives a left hook into Jama's liver.  
Rassi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.
