Boxing Daily Report from the Phaahla Promotions promoted show at Argenteuil Carol, Argenteuil,  taking place on 19/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the France-Ile-de-France Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Damien Canet (7 - 0) who hails from Saint-Denis, France and Page Gervais(16 - 2 - 1) from Argenteuil, France.  Canet weighed in at 145 pounds and 15 ounces, while Gervais weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacques Butor, and the three ringside judges are Andre Jean-Louis, James Dujardin and Orson Calmat.
