Sam Axtell vs Cody Pinkerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Gym, Brisbane,  taking place on 04/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Sam Axtell (5 - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Cody Pinkerton(3 - 5) from Brisbane, Australia.  Axtell weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces, while Pinkerton weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Pait, and the three ringside judges are Giorgio Lombardo, Oliver Mullane and Ian Rabb.

Axtell drives a cross into Pinkerton's body.
