Shinji Konda vs Aoi Shimizu

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Shinjuku FACE, Tokyo,  taking place on 04/05/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Shinji Konda (1 - 0) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Aoi Shimizu(7 - 8 - 3) from Ichinomiya, Japan.  Both Konda and Shimizu weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aki Fujii, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Yamane, Hiroki Amaya and Ichiro Kaya.  

Round 1:
