Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Dom Kennedy Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/05/2024:

Clearly AI Australia-Victoria have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Michael Makara (3 - 0) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Shaun Hobkirk(1 - 2) from Wollongong, Australia.  Makara weighed in at 160 pounds, while Hobkirk weighed in at 159 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jake Denniston, and the three ringside judges are Andy Wright, Ian Niven and Joey Mahtesyan.
