Hisoka Funai vs Keiichi Yamasaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Koranteng Promotions promoted show at Hajime Go Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 23/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hisoka Funai (6 - 2(1)) who hails from Saitama, Japan and Keiichi Yamasaki(7 - 2(2)) from Sapporo, Japan.  Funai weighed in at 174 pounds and 6 ounces, while Yamasaki weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Yasui, and the three ringside judges are Eiji Suzuki, Eiji Suzuki and Eiji Aoki.
