Ryo Yamanaka vs Naoki Chinen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at KBS Hall, Kyoto,  taking place on 24/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ryo Yamanaka (9 - 4) who hails from Toyohashi, Japan and Naoki Chinen(7 - 3 - 4) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Yamanaka and Chinen weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Imada, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Ozawa, Kenji Fujimoto and Takeshi Shimizu.
