Dai Ishii vs Daichi Sawa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hiroshima promoted show at Maloian Gym, Fukuyama,  taking place on 24/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dai Ishii (9 - 4) who hails from Shizuoka, Japan and Daichi Sawa(12 - 3 - 4) from Hiroshima, Japan.  Ishii weighed in at 220 pounds and 7 ounces, while Sawa weighed in at 245 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Fukuda, and the three ringside judges are Takeshi Yokoyama, Yoshi Kawakami and Ichiro Otani.  

Round 1:
